Participants in the course will discover the value of lead magnets and create the foundation of their own lead magnet. They will learn the process of creating a content marketing plan and strategies for delivering valuable content to leads.

Developing negotiation skills is critical for real estate agents to secure their commission, get the best deal for their client, and keep transactions from busting. This class will use activities to understand who has the power in negotiation scenarios, steps and strategies for negotiating different aspects of the transaction, and tools for negotiating commissions in transactions.

This course goes beyond just memorizing the standard contract forms to give students a deeper understanding of contract law and tools to analyze contracts. The course gives a deep dive into critical Oklahoma contract forms as well so students are ready to navigate even the trickiest contract scenarios to protect their clients.

The inspection provisions in the real estate contract are some of the trickiest paragraphs to navigate correctly and are full of potential landlines that can jeopardize the transaction. This course equips students to become masters of the inspection provisions in the contract, including a deep understanding of the inspection timelines, how to handle the Treatments, Repairs, and Replacements negotiation, and dealing with cancelation due to inspections. Master one of the biggest problem areas in the standard contracts through this course.

Buyer broker agreements are one of the most under-utilized tools in the industry. They serve a multitude of purposes that protect the agent, the client, and the entire industry. Plus, buyer broker agreements give agents the opportunity to showcase their value to their clients and their professionalism.

The real estate industry is highly regulated, and the primary regulation agents need to know are licensing laws and rules from the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission. This course will give students a full understanding of the key regulations in Oklahoma's licensing laws to keep agents and brokerages in compliance and out of trouble.

Oklahoma licensing laws contain a number of specific prohibitions that can result in significant fines and potentially the loss of a real estate license. This course teaches students the good, the bad, and the ugly that can result in penalties from the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission.

Do we have to disclose it? This course answers all questions around the Residential Property Condition Disclosure Act and covers disclaimers, disclosures, penalties, defects, inspections, and the standard forms.

This course provides a fun and engaging overview of safety risks - both digital and physical - in the real estate industry. The course will give students a broad understanding of not just the risks but how to protect themselves, their businesses, and their clients.

Real estate professionals need to understand how to comply and apply the fair housing laws in the real world. This course uses case studies, group exercises, and hands-on application of fair housing laws to go beyond just memorizing the protected classes. We dive head first into the nuance of fair housing laws to protect real estate professionals, consumers, and fairness in housing.

Property management is a whole different animal - literally and figuratively - when dealing with tenants, emotional support animals, security deposits, and more. This class covers the foundational elements of a successful property management business, including managing your trust account.

This workshop style course leads students through developing client consultations and presentations that show their value, expertise, and professionalism. Students will leave with the starting points for creating their own custom client consultation, a checklist of documents and items to include, and a plan for delivering their consultation.

The course will also teach lessons in simple financial management, developing a brand identity, and identifying a unique competitive advantage.
